OYC INtroduction
Welcome to Open Yog Competition 2021. Officially announced on 13th April 2021 on occasion of Indian New Year 2078. Our goal with this competition is to bring real knowledge of yoga to every school, every home. Therefore, this competition is not limited to only a few asanas and age groups, but for every Indian.
This competition is initiative of two Organizations (AIVA & YOG FRONT) to promote real yog and yogic knowledge. We are organizing this competition virtual mode as we all know the conditions of world due to Covid 19 Epidemic we are helping people to reduce stress and improving immunity by encouraging society to practice yog.
Rules
The competition has the following rules
- A person can make his entry only once. If more than one entry is made, the entry will be declared invalid.
- Each person will have to create their own account, wherein it will be mandatory to give the full name, pincode, school and class details of the participant and upload the actual photo of the participant.
- The contestant has to do any one posture of his / her choice. A video of 1 to 2 minutes will have to be created and uploaded. Note that the video is less than 10 mb and no editing or effects will be valid.
- The participant has to show the primary, secondary and final position of the posture in the video, and it is also mandatory to state the benefits and precautions of the posture.
Fee & Awards
First of all The very important thing is, We are not charging any kind of participation fee. Only the Delivery charges participants have to pay for medals varies to location or they can collect from Yog Front Office without paying that charges.
We will provide Medals to top 3 winners.
And E-certificates will be given to all participants once results declared.
Imp. Dates
- Participation Starts – 15 April 2021 (2PM Onward)
- Last Date – 10th May 2021 (till 10AM)
- Date of Result – 16 May 2021 (6PM)
How to Participate
- First of all get your android smartphone ready with a unique mobile number with in it.
- Now go to Install Button and click to install our Community Application.
- Then fill your mobile number and you will receive OTP. Fill that OTP and next.
- Now you have to Upload participant’s photograph, Write Full Name, Pincode then Write about you (Your Class, School Name and your Introduction)
- Now after that come back to this page and click on Participate Button.
- You will get redirected to Open Yog Competition’s Entry Group.
- Post your video there as stated above in rules section.
