Act of Yoga is under consideration

Yog Front organization has been demanding a law on Yoga for a long time, complete information about which has already been given to everyone. Many complaints and many RTIs have already been filed on this, but as you know, a letter was also written to former Supreme Court Justice Shri Uday Lalit ji on this subject, on which he took action and ordered the Ministry to reply. It was also asked for but even after a year there is no response from the Ministry on that subject. Regarding this matter, in March also the Ministry had said in writing that work is being done on the Yoga law and even now the reply has been given that work on the law is going on.

Every time the reply is only that the work is going on but what work is being done is not shared nor is it told why the CJI’s letter is not being replied to?

It has been seen for a long time that yoga games are organized in the country, which are also organized by the government departments under the state government in the states. In which the players are also given government certificates. But often these certificates are of no use to those yoga players because ‘yoga’ does not come under the sports gradation policy.

लगभग डेढ़ वर्ष से अधिक समय हो चुका है, आपके साथ आगे बढ़ते हुए और पिछले लंबे समय से आपके चलते आंदोलन को देखते हुए हमें और बल और आत्मशक्ति मिलती है, आगे और अच्छे और बेहतरीन रूप से तैयारी कर योग कानून की मांग को और मजबूती के साथ रखने की। जिसमे हम हमारी लड़ाई न केवल न्यायालय, राष्ट्रपति महोदया अपितु संयुक्त राष्ट्र मानवाधिकार परिषद तक पहुंचाने हेतु कार्यस्त हैं। जिससे सभी योग क्षेत्र की समस्याओं का जड़ से समाधान संभव होगा ।
इस अधिकारों की लड़ाई मे आप हम सब न केवल योग शिक्षकों अपितु आम जनमानस की सुरक्षा की लड़ाई भी लड़ रहें हैं। इस लड़ाई मे यहाँ हम योग कानून की मांग के साथ, भ्रष्टाचार और मानवाधिकारों के हनन के खिलाफ एक मोर्चा खोले हूएं हैं वहीं आप स्वतंत्रता संग्रामियों की भांति गलत नीतियों के खिलाफ और योग शिक्षकों के अधिकारों के लिए एक आंदोलन लिए लड़ाई लड़ रहे हो। यह लड़ाई सम्मान और विधान की है अतः मिल कर ही लड़ी जानी चाहिए। अतः आपके इस संग्राम रूपी यज्ञ मे योग फ्रन्ट संस्था एवं संस्था के सभी सहयोगी संस्थानों को साथ लिए आपके साथ है। जहां हम अपने उत्तराखंड भाई-बहनों के इस पावन यज्ञ मे सहयोग रूपी आहुति डालने के सक्षम हैं हम आपके साथ हैं। निसंकोच आगे बढ़ें और इस आंदोलन को अपने अनुभव और नेतृत्व मे आगे बढ़ाएं। यही उचित समय है अपनी शक्ति और अपनी शिक्षा का परिचय करवाने का ।

किसी भी प्रकार से किसी को भी शारीरिक क्षति न पहुंचे और न ही आंदोलन के दौरान सार्वजनिक संपत्ति को नुकसान हो । भाव कानून एवं व्यवस्था को ठेस न पहुंचे ।
राजनैतिक लाभों से जुड़े लोगों वं संगठनों से दूरी बनाए रखें। यही लोग थोड़े से लाभ के लिए आपके काम को अपने नाम के लिए इस्तेमाल कर लेंगे ।

In New Education Policy you mentioned about Yoga Education two times. But there is no reference about who can eligible for teaching Yoga to school students. What NEP stands for the teachers those have attained Graduation or Post Graduation Degrees in Yoga? Secondly yoga is not only an exercise and not even Ashtang Yoga only. Its much more than these so how and at which level of yoga will be studied in Schools by NEP. Will they get education of Different yoga forms, Different Yoga Techniques more over shall they get education about Morals Values as explained by Maharishi Patanjali and Maharishi Ghernda? Shall they get a practical knowledge about Yamas and Niayamas? Can NEP unit Eat Right India & Yoga Diet and teach students in schools about right cooking and good eating habits and adopt yoga to digest them is healthy way? How yoga has been introduced in NEP? Is it a separate compulsory subject, separate choice subject, part of physical education or separate compulsory subject with choice b/w Yoga and Physical Education?
